sure … it looks like any ordinary sony television …

because it is a ordinary television … with several tweaks to the previous series of course …

thats what sony does best …

the main idea of why this tv is an outrageous price of 5000 is that it has the new bravia 3 engine which supports 240hz frame rate … thats 240 frames a second !!!

imagine that … twice the number of pictures than the 120hz old pile of plastics …

now get this … with the upcoming turn around in 3d technology … watching movies in 3d … playing games in 3d …

the 240 hz is perfect … since now you will be facing dual 120 hz image … causing less eye strain …

there are the people who have said that 3d works great with just 120 hz …

but the eyes of those people will probably drop out faster than yours if you get the 240 hz …

then there are those plasma enthusias out there that wants you to buy a p….p… plasma tv …

surely those awful things will never give you a motion blur when watching fast pace action films …

but the main problem with plasma is burn-ins … basically plasma sets tend to get sooooooooooooo unbelieboolooly hot that the tv will burn in on itself …

they will eventually go and tell you that it will not happen to the NEW versions …

but plasma is plasma … the way they make these vivid colors is that they send electricity through cells of noble gases which excites the noble gas which then emits light …

ehhhh no … ill stick to the LCD if you dont mind …
